Having gained valuable legal recruiting experience working as a vice president of two well-known legal recruiting firms but wanting to offer a more personalized experience for qualified attorneys looking for their perfect employer, Raj Nichani formed The RMN Agency in 2010 in the Vinings area with himself as the sole legal recruiter.

Over the next few years, Raj recruited and trained several legal recruiters many of which are former lawyers or legal support professionals as well as life-long Georgians who have extensive knowledge of the Atlanta legal market. Together, we leverage decades of experience, deep legal networks, and collective legal insights to get you recruited into the right legal role.
