ERISA/C&B: Our client, the Atlanta office of a multinational firm, is seeking a senior associate or junior counsel with 6+ years of experience to focus on the Compensation and Benefits aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions. Candidates must have significant experience in M&A, as well as drafting and negotiating executive employment agreements and equity incentive plans, including profits interest plans. This position offers a strong potential for promotion within 2-3 years, depending on the candidate’s experience, class level, and performance.
REQUIRED: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record; GA Bar admission; and excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
