LABOR & EMPLOYMENT: Our client, the Atlanta office of an Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of experience in employment litigation and/or commercial litigation to join its nationally ranked Labor & Employment Group, as recognized by Chambers USA and Best Law Firms. The associate’s practice will focus on advising both public and private companies, as well as senior executives and management teams, on matters such as employment law, restrictive covenants, employment-related litigation, executive compensation and contract negotiations, and corporate deal support with respect to employment law issues. The practice regularly involves a blend of litigation, counseling, and transactional work.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate the following attributes: excellent project management skills; exceptional legal research, writing, and oral communication abilities; and law review or comparable experience indicating significant research and writing skills. Candidates must also be able to manage a fast-paced workload while maintaining priorities and anticipating issues. A professional commitment and strong interpersonal skills are required to succeed in a collaborative, cross-office team environment. Experience with an Am Law 100 firm is strongly preferred.

REQUIRED: A strong academic record, having earned a J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited law school. Candidates must be admitted to practice in Georgia or be able to waive into the Georgia Bar.
