CONSTRUCTION ASSOCIATE (REAL ESTATE/TRANSACTIONAL):  Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is looking for a Construction Associate with 3-4 years of experience for its Atlanta office. The Chambers-ranked practice represents real estate developers in both contract negotiations and dispute resolution for some of the largest projects in the United States, including airports, sports stadiums, hospitals, high-rise construction, energy infrastructure, and other major developments. The firm seeks candidates with relevant experience in construction infrastructure, project development, or real estate. Prior transactional experience is preferred.

REQUIRED: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with outstanding academic credentials; Georgia Bar Admission; strong writing, analytical, and communication skills; experience working in a major law firm is strongly preferred.
