BUSINESS LITIGATION (CONSTRUCTION DISPUTES): Our client, the Atlanta office of  an AmLaw Top 50 firm, is seeking a business litigation associate with 2-5 years of experience to join its nationally award-winning litigation and trial practices, focusing on high-stakes construction disputes throughout the country and across the globe in one of their many offices. Candidates with Previous experience working in construction disputes is a plus. 

REQUIREMENTS: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a superior academic record; GA Bar Admission or eligibility to waive in or sit for the next exam also required. Foreign language capabilities are a plus; attention to detail; strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
