LITIGATION- PREMISES LIABILITY | MID- TO SENIOR LEVEL ASSOCIATE (4-7 YRS): Our client, a full-service Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a civil litigation attorney to join its office. The ideal candidate will have between 4-7 years of Georgia state court litigation experience, preferably within the premises liability space. This position offers an opportunity for significant responsibility, including independently handling court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and case files from start to finish.

While prior insurance defense experience is preferred, the firm also welcomes attorneys with strong litigation skills from other practice areas who are eager to develop their careers in civil defense. This is a dynamic opportunity for an attorney seeking hands-on litigation experience within a collaborative environment. 

REQUIRED: Candidates must possess 4-7 years of Georgia state court litigation experience, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to handle a full caseload with minimal supervision. Admission to the Georgia Bar is required, and experience in premises liability or insurance defense is preferred.
