REAL ESTATE- COMMERCIAL LEASING | MID TO SENIOR LEVEL ASSOCIATE (4-7 YRS): Our client, a national firm, is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 4-7 years of commercial leasing experience to join its Real Estate Practice Group. This position offers an opportunity to work with sophisticated clients in the fast-growing data center and energy sectors. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial leases and related agreements, including transfer consents, lender subordination agreements, work letters, and SNDAs.

Candidates should have a comprehensive understanding of development issues, particularly those involving power, water, fiber-optic infrastructure, zoning, entitlements, and permit processes. Prior experience with service level agreements, data center construction, development, and financing is preferred but not required. Strong writing, analytical, and organizational skills, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, are essential.

REQUIRED: Candidates must possess Am Law 100 firm experience, hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school, and have GA bar admission or be eligible for prompt admission.
