INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY - TRANSACTIONS | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3-5 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a mid-level associate with 3–5 years of experience to join its global Technology Transactions team. This attorney will advise clients across industries on complex commercial technology transactions, including information technology and business process outsourcing, ERP licensing, cloud service agreements (SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS), and other strategic commercial contracts. Experience with venture-backed companies, commercialization of technology, product counseling, and marketing or e-commerce agreements is beneficial but not required. The role offers front-line responsibility, client contact, and cross-office collaboration within one of the firm’s most active transactional practices.
REQUIRED: Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school, reside, and be barred in GA. The firm values in-person collaboration, and associates are expected to be in the office at least three days per week. Candidates should have proven experience drafting and negotiating complex technology, intellectual property, and data-related agreements; a strong understanding of technology and IP law; and excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills. The firm seeks proactive, detail-oriented attorneys who can manage multiple projects independently and work effectively with business clients. Interest or experience in artificial intelligence and quantum computing is a plus.
