LITIGATION - COMMERCIAL + LABOR & EMPLOYMENT (CLASS ACTION Wage & Hour & OSHA) | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (3-5 YRS):Our client, a boutique litigation firm, is seeking a motivated mid-level litigation associate with 3-5 years of experience in state and federal court litigation. This position offers a fully remote structure with the option to work from a co-working space.
The ideal candidate will have solid discovery and motion practice experience and a strong entrepreneurial mindset. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to transition away from the BigLaw track and build an entrepreneurial practice with the benefit of experienced mentorship, a steady flow of high-level work, and national reach. The litigation subject matter includes a broad mix of commercial business litigation, and class action Wage & Hour and OSHA litigation -- on both the plaintiff and defense side, along with occasional transactional review and counseling work related to litigation matters, such as contract review and compliance evaluation.
REQUIRED: Candidates must be actively licensed and in good standing in the state where they reside and have 3–5 years of experience in state and federal court litigation. Labor and Employment experience is preferred but not required. Candidates should be able to manage cases independently, communicate directly with clients, and bring a strong sense of initiative to their work.
