DEFENSE LITIGATION | JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL  ASSOCIATE (1-5 YRS): Our client, a nationally recognized litigation firm, is seeking a litigation associate with 1–5 years of defense litigation experience. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside nationally recognized trial attorneys handling professional liability, general liability, and commercial coverage cases from the pre-suit stage through mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal. The position provides significant client contact, a broad range of subject matter exposure, and immediate hands-on experience in depositions, motion practice, hearings, and trials.

Associates will be actively involved in analyzing and summarizing legal documents, researching legal and factual issues, evaluating cases, developing defense strategies, conducting client meetings, preparing and arguing motions, and handling mediations and appeals. REQUIRED: Candidates must be actively licensed and in good standing with the GA Bar and have 1–5 years of meaningful defense litigation experience. Prior work in insurance defense is preferred, with experience in professional liability and coverage litigation considered a plus. Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines are essential. The successful candidate must be self-motivated, client-focused, and able to thrive both independently and as part of a team.
