BANKING: Our client, the Atlanta office of a regional firm, is seeking a senior associate with 5+ years of financial experience representing bank and/or non-bank lenders to join their Finance team. Experience representing lenders in the commercial real estate space or in the secondary market is preferred but not required. 

REQUIRED: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record; GA Bar admission; and excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
