LITIGATION - WORKERS’ COMPENSATION | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY (3+ YRS): Our client, a nationally recognized firm, is seeking a mid-level associate with 3+ years of experience in workers’ compensation defense. Attorneys in this role will manage all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation from claim analysis and discovery through hearings, expert evaluations, and trial. With a billable expectation of 1,950 hours annually, the position offers substantial client-facing and courtroom opportunities alongside a collaborative national team.

REQUIRED: Candidates must hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school, be admitted and in good standing with the Georgia Bar (additional admissions are a plus), and bring 3+ years of experience handling workers’ compensation claims or related litigation. Strong deposition, discovery, and motion practice skills are essential, as are superior research and writing abilities, strong client communication skills, and the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A proven work ethic, responsiveness to client and team needs, and sound judgment are required.
