BANKRUPTCY LITIGATION (Corporate Restructuring): Our client, the Atlanta office of  an AmLaw Top 100 firm, is seeking a Corporate Restructuring Associate with 1 to 5 years of corporate experience to represent debtors, official creditors committees, lenders, asset purchasers, and other constituents in connection with in-court and out-of-court restructurings and litigation, including cross-border matters. 

REQUIRED: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials; Georgia Bar Admission;  attention to detail; strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
