BUSINESS LITIGATION | MID TO SENIOR LEVEL ASSOCIATE: Our client, an Am Law Global 100 firm, is seeking a full-time associate to join its Business Litigation Practice Group. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside a national-caliber team handling complex business and commercial litigation, class action defense, and trade secret matters for clients ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to emerging companies.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of litigation experience with a strong record of managing cases and leading significant aspects of litigation from inception through trial or resolution. Experience handling depositions, strategy development, motion practice, hearings, and discovery management is essential. Candidates should demonstrate excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, a strong academic background (top 10% of class from a nationally recognized law school), and prior participation in law review, moot court, or trial team. Admission to the Georgia Bar (or eligibility for admission) is required.
