CORPORATE: Our client, the Atlanta office of  an AmLaw Top 100 firm, is seeking an associate with 2 to 3 years of experience with strong capital markets and corporate transactional background to join their team. Candidates should have amassed a thorough knowledge of the Securities Act, the Securities Exchange Act, and the preparation and filing of periodic reports. Experience with public and private securities offerings, including CMPOs, RDs, PIPEs, and ATMs, is preferred.

REQUIRED: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record; strong drafting and negotiating skills; a desire for client contact and aptitude for doing deals; meaningful law firm experience on sophisticated transactional matters; GA Bar Admission; attention to detail; strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
