COMMERCIAL & PUBLIC FINANCE ASSOCIATE (MID-LEVEL):  Our client, the Atlanta office of a national law firm, is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of general commercial finance transactional experience for their Commercial & Public Finance practice. The associate will be involved in complex transactional finance matters, on both borrower- and lender-side deals.

REQUIREMENTS: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials; GA Bar Admission; excellent writing and client relations skills; solid work ethic.
