CORPORATE ASSOCIATE:  Our client, an AmLaw100 firm, is looking for a corporate associate with at least 4 years of meaningful, law firm corporate transactional experience to join their Atlanta or NYC offices. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate finance, M&A, securities, and general corporate matters; emerging company and venture capital experience is strongly preferred. 

This candidate will join the firm’s Emerging Companies and Venture Capital team, which raises seed, venture, or growth capital to build or scale businesses; drafts and negotiates key commercial agreements to fuel growth; protects and enhances IP portfolios to provide barriers to entry; and successfully packages and closes on M&A transactions.

REQUIREMENTS:  J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials; bar admission in GA and/or NY; strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
