CORPORATE ASSOCIATE (MID-LEVEL): Our client, the Atlanta office of an AmLaw150 firm, is seeking  a mid-level Corporate Associate (4 - 5 yrs). The ideal candidate would have experience with emerging growth companies, venture capital financings and growth and private equity, including experience with a mix of M&A buy and sell side transactions. The practice involves a mix of representing companies and venture funds in venture financing rounds and M&A as well as investor-side financing in growth equity rounds. The role will have significant client contact on a daily basis; candidates must be comfortable interacting with CEOs, Boards of Directors and general partners of funds. 

REQUIREMENTS: 4 - 5 years of corporate experience; J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with top academic credentials (top 20% of class from a first tier law school); GA Bar Admission or ability to apply for immediate admission; strong research, analytical and writing skills.
