CORPORATE ATTORNEY (MID-TO-SENIOR LEVEL); Our client, the Atlanta office of a national law firm, is seeking a mid-level Corporate Attorney. The ideal candidate will have experience negotiating and preparing a variety of corporate and transactional documents including entity formation and governance documents, operating agreements, M&A documents, private equity and VC financing documents, compliance documents and supply and other complex commercial agreements.  This position requires extensive client contact, so candidates must be comfortable interacting with clients and negotiating on their behalf.

REQUIREMENTS: 3-8 years of corporate experience; a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials; GA Bar Admission; strong interpersonal and communication skills
