CORPORATE (CAPITAL MARKETS): Our client, the Atlanta office of  an AmLaw Top 50 firm, is seeking a mid-level associate for its capital markets team with 3-7 years of experience working on public company advisory matters, as well as issuer-side securities and capital markets transactions. The ideal candidate should have experience representing public companies on day-to-day securities law, disclosure and governance matters, including drafting and reviewing SEC periodic reports, advising on SEC rules and regulations, and drafting and reviewing governance policies and documents. Transactional experience should include broad company-side representations (both debt and equity), including IPOs.

REQUIREMENTS: J.D. from a top-tier ABA-accredited law school with a superior academic record; GA Bar Admission, and large firm experience.
