LITIGATION: Our client, the Atlanta office of  a national firm, is seeking an attorney with 2 to 6 years of litigation experience to join their team. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to manage a caseload of litigation claims, including preparing for trial by developing strategies, conducting discovery, reviewing records, interviewing clients, and preparing witnesses. They should be proficient in researching complex litigation issues, preparing and arguing motions, attending hearings, and maintaining effective communication with clients.

REQUIRED: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record; GA Bar Admission; attention to detail; strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
