GENERAL LIABILITY: Our client, the Atlanta office of a national law firm, is looking for an experienced, self-starting Partner or Of Counsel with 6+ years of experience with an emphasis in insurance defense and/or transportation to join their Litigation group.

REQUIRED: A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; GA Bar Admission; 6+ years handling all facets of litigation (file review and legal analysis of claims and causes of action, drafting pleadings, written and oral discovery, motions practice, expert witness retention and collaboration, taking and defending depositions trial practice and settlement negotiations); managing active litigation matters, including overseeing junior attorneys and legal staff; and strong client relationships.
