GENERAL LIABILITY (TRANSPORTATION/AUTO) LITIGATION: Our client, the Atlanta office of a national firm, seeks an Associate with 2+ years of experience to join their General Liability practice. The caseload will primarily involve matters related to transportation/auto liability. 

REQUIREMENTS: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; GA bar admission, bar admissions in other states is a plus; 2+ years experience handling civil cases from beginning to end, depositions, court appearances, negotiations/mediations, and preparing/arguing motions. Strong writing and communication skills, outstanding analytical skills, excellent client management skills.
