HEALTHCARE:  Our client, the Atlanta office of  an AmLaw Top 100 firm, is seeking an associate with 4 to 6 years of experience in a top 100 law firm setting to join their Healthcare team. Candidates should have experience and an interest in continuing or building a practice around healthcare transactional work, with a focus on private equity transactions. Candidates with experience in the foregoing with other complimentary areas of experience should also apply.

REQUIRED: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record; GA Bar Admission; attention to detail; strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
