INSURANCE + REINSURANCE LITIGATION: Our client, the Atlanta office of an AmLaw100 multinational firm, has an immediate need for an Associate with 4-7 years of insurance coverage and commercial litigation experience. This firm’s team is widely recognized for representing insurers on some of the toughest matters, including complex claims and high-exposure coverage and reinsurance matters.

REQUIREMENTS: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials; GA bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly. Candidates must have 4-7 years of experience litigating insurance coverage issues under professional liability, general liability, and directors and officers insurance policies, as well as extensive civil litigation experience in the following areas: drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, all facets of discovery and discovery motion practice, depositions, and court appearances (commensurate with experience level). Experience with business development, client management, and independent management of cases is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate superior research and writing ability. The team is seeking highly motivated candidates who appreciate innovative thinking and are able to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively with a team.
