INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:  Our client, the Atlanta office of  a national firm, is seeking an associate with 4 to 6 years of IP litigation experience to join their team. Candidates will engage in litigation involving patents, trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights, and other strategic intellectual property (IP)-related agreements. Responsibilities include direct client interaction and case management. A background in software or electrical engineering and membership in the Patent Bar are preferred qualifications.

REQUIRED: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record; GA Bar Admission; attention to detail; strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
