INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY | TRADEMARK & COPYRIGHTS: Our client, an Am Law 100  firm, is seeking an Associate with 1 - 3 years of experience to join their Intellectual Property (IP) team. Candidates should have extensive experience assisting with copyright, trademark, and domain name matters, including trademark and copyright clearance, application prosecution, IP policing campaigns, and IP litigation, primarily in copyright, trademark, and domain name disputes. This is a nationwide search and can work out of any of the firm’s offices, including Atlanta, Charleston, Baltimore, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago, Columbia, Cleveland, Boca Raton, Plano and Dallas.

REQUIREMENTS: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record; bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly in the jurisdiction of resident office location; and strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
