INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:  Our client, the Atlanta office of  a regional firm, is seeking an intellectual property associate with 1 to 3 years of experience to join their team. Candidates should have experience assisting with copyright, trademark and domain name matters, trademark/copyright clearance and application prosecution, as well as intellectual property policing campaigns and intellectual property litigation (primarily, copyright, trademark, domain name).

REQUIRED: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record; GA Bar Admission; attention to detail; strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
