INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: Our client, the Atlanta office of  an international firm, is seeking an associate to join their Patent Prosecution & Litigation Practice group. Candidates should have 3+ years of IP Litigation experience, including briefing and motions practice, taking depositions, working with experts, PTAB or trial proceedings, and case management. Candidates should also have a demonstrated record of running cases and supervising junior Associates or Paralegals. Priority will be given to candidates with an engineering degree who are admitted to the USPTO.

REQUIRED: A degree in engineering or similar field; GA Bar Admission; attention to detail; strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
