LITIGATION: Our client, the Atlanta office of a national firm, is seeking an attorney with 3 to 5 years of litigation experience to join their team. Candidates will manage a caseload of litigated claims by preparing for trial through strategy discussions, discovery, records review, client interviews, and witness preparation; researching complex litigation areas; taking and defending depositions; preparing and arguing motions; attending hearings; and communicating with clients.

REQUIRED: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record; GA Bar Admission; and strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
