CORPORATE / INVESTMENT FUNDS: Our client, the Atlanta office of a multinational firm, is seeking a mid-level associate with 3-5 years of experience to join their Investment Funds group. Candidates should have experience with investments in the formation of domestic and international private equity, real estate, venture capital and hedge funds. Candidates should also experience secondary transactions, structuring separately managed accounts and structuring carry vehicles. 

REQUIRED: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record; GA Bar Admission; attention to detail; strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
