PATENT AGENT (ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING & COMPUTER SCIENCE):  Our client, the Atlanta office of a national law firm, is seeking mid-level patent agents to join their Electrical Engineering & Computer Science Patent Prosecution group.  The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience and a degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics. 

REQUIRED: Admission to the patent bar (USPTO) is required. High level of academic achievement; solid law firm, engineering, or industry experience; superb writing and communication skills. PREFERRED: Patent prosecution in either electrical engineering or software-related technologies; data science/AI or networking technologies, especially network security; and/or machine learning/AI (in addition to data science) and hardware security.
