INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: Our client, the Atlanta office of an Am Law 100 firm,  is seeking an associate with 2+ years of patent prosecution experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, along with proficiency in both English and Japanese. Registration before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office is required.

REQUIRED: Active membership in a state bar and compliance with CLE requirements; superior writing skills and excellent academic credentials. Strong analytical skills for conducting complex legal analysis and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of clients, attorneys, and staff.
