CORPORATE: Our client, the Atlanta office of a national firm, is seeking an associate with 3 to 5 years of transactional experience to join their team. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience representing lenders or tax equity investors in renewable energy project finance transactions. 

REQUIRED: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record; GA Bar Admission;  attention to detail; strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
