INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: Our client, the Atlanta office of  an international firm, is seeking an associate or patent agent with 2 to 6 years of experience to join their Patent Prosecution & Litigation Practice group on the Electrical Engineering & Software team. Candidates must have IP experience with drafting and patent prosecution and a background in computer science, electrical engineering, or similar. Design engineering experience with a chip company is a plus. 

REQUIRED: Admission to the USPTO; A degree in engineering or similar field; GA Bar Admission; attention to detail; strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
