REAL ESTATE- FINANCE & CAPITAL MARKETS | MID TO SENIOR LEVEL ASSOCIATE (6+ YRS:) Our client, AmLaw 100 firm,  is seeking a mid to senior level  Attorney with at least 6 years of experience in commercial real estate finance to join its Real Estate Finance and Capital Markets Team. This is a non-partnership-track position designed for experienced attorneys who want to practice at a high level with reduced billable and non-billable requirements while maintaining a balanced workload.

The role involves representing lenders, investors, and servicers in a wide range of commercial real estate finance transactions. Experience with commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) and other structured real estate financing is preferred, though not required. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, substantial experience in real estate and finance matters, and a demonstrated commitment to excellence in client service.

This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions within a collaborative and nationally recognized team, with flexibility for candidates based in Atlanta. Hybrid and remote arrangements may be considered for exceptional candidates.
