CORPORATE: Our client, the Atlanta office of an international firm, is seeking an associate with 4 to 7 years of project finance and development experience to join their Capital Projects & Infrastructure practice group.  Candidates should have experience with tax equity or debt financing, ideally with renewable energy and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should also have strong drafting and negotiating skills, teamwork skills, and the ability to manage some components of deals independently.

REQUIRED: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record; GA Bar Admission;  attention to detail; strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
