TAX:  Our client, the Atlanta office of a national firm, is seeking an associate with 4 to 7 years of multistate state and local tax planning, tax litigation and tax controversy experience to join their team. LL.M. degree in taxation is preferred.

REQUIRED: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record; GA Bar Admission; attention to detail; strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
