CORPORATE (SECURITIES):  Our client, an international law firm, is seeking a securities attorney with 6+ years of experience managing structured securities offerings for their Investment Funds Group. This is a non-partnership track position that may be located in any of the firm’s U.S. offices. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with commercial real estate law, focusing primarily on real estate finance, acquisitions, and dispositions. This attorney will represent various public and private real estate companies, REITs, and institutional and financial investors in connection with a broad array of transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, complex financings, and development of commercial real estate. 

REQUIRED:   A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and excellent academic credentials; bar admission in the jurisdiction of candidate’s preferred office location; strong analytical and writing skills; attention to detail and excellent organization skills; good business judgment; direct and applicable AmLaw 100 firm experience is preferred
