REAL ESTATE- AFFORDABLE HOUSING | SENIOR ASSOCIATE (7+ YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a senior associate to join its Affordable Housing and Tax Credit Team.

The associate will focus on sophisticated affordable housing matters, supporting a diverse range of clients in the development, financing, and operation of multifamily housing projects. The role requires extensive experience with tax credits, affordable housing transactions, and related regulatory issues. The attorney will have the opportunity to work alongside a team deeply invested in delivering innovative solutions to clients nationwide.

REQUIRED: The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of meaningful experience in affordable housing transactions, including tax credit and financing matters. Candidates must hold excellent academic credentials, demonstrate strong writing, analytical, and communication skills, and be admitted to the bar in a jurisdiction where Nelson Mullins maintains an office.
