TAX: Our client, the Atlanta office of an Am Law 100  firm, is seeking an associate with 3 to 5 years of experience to join its transactional tax practice. Candidates should have solid transactional tax experience and be exposed to general M&A and partnership issues. The position will include significant work in fund formation, REITs, joint ventures, Private Equity, and other M&A. Law firm experience is preferred but large accounting firm experience will also be considered.

REQUIRED: LL.M. in taxation or will have had significant tax course work at the JD level; J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record; GA Bar Admission; and strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
