TAX: Our client, an Am Law 100  firm, is looking for a mid-level tax associate to join its Affordable Housing and Tax Credit Team in multiple large markets. This is a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of an expanding team who shows up for their clients.

REQUIREMENTS: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials; bar admission/in good standing in ANY state; 2+ years of meaningful experience in partnership tax and ideally in federal income tax credits. Strong writing, analytical, and communications skills. Detail-oriented, have excellent follow through.  

Strongly preferred: Undergraduate degree in Accounting and LLM in Taxation.
