INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY - TRANSACTIONS | JUNIOR LEVEL ASSOCIATE (2-3 YRS): Our client, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Junior Associate to join its globally recognized Technology Transactions team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience at a large law firm with exposure to corporate transactional work, particularly in technology, intellectual property, or data-related matters. Candidates should have an interest in transitioning into a technology transactions practice and working with enterprise technology clients.

REQUIRED: Candidates must hold a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school, reside, and be barred in GA. You must have experience drafting and negotiating technology, intellectual property, and data-related commercial agreements and a strong understanding of technology and data privacy laws. Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects independently. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and interest in emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence or quantum computing are highly valued.
