TRADEMARK CLEARANCE/PROSECUTION LITIGATION (INCLUDES ENTERTAINMENT):  Our client, the Atlanta office of an Am Law Top 100 firm, is seeking an associate with at least 3+ years of trademark experience preferably within working with entertainment companies. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing U.S. and international trademark portfolios with specific experience in complex, high-level U.S. and international trademark clearance, in particular, as well as complex prosecution. Successful candidates will have excellent legal writing and critical thinking skills, and be highly organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage a high-volume docket.

REQUIRED: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with a strong academic record (High Honors, Law Review, and/or Moot Court); GA Bar Admission ; and English/ Spanish Fluency, both written and spoken.
