WORKERS COMPENSATION LITIGATION: Our client, the Atlanta office of a large regional firm, seeks a Workers Compensation Associate to defend employer clients and insurance companies against claims filed by injured employees,  review medical records, and evaluate validity of claims. This position requires 3+ days in-office per week. Opportunities to work remotely may arise once the attorney gains a basic understanding of the firm systems and team processes. 

REQUIREMENTS: J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; GA bar admission; strong writing and speaking skills; negotiation and settlement skills. Strongly preferred: 1+ years of experience handling workers compensation defense, ability to review and assess medical records, accident reports and other documents to assess WC claims.
