LITIGATION- PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY | MID TO SENIOR LEVEL ASSOCIATE (4-10 YRS): Our client, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Professional Liability Attorney. This role offers the opportunity to work within a nationally recognized practice representing a wide range of professionals in complex liability matters across multiple industries.

The Attorney will handle defense of professional liability claims involving Directors & Officers (D&O), legal malpractice, errors and omissions, and architects and engineers. Responsibilities include managing cases from inception through resolution, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, engaging in discovery, and representing clients in depositions, mediations, and court proceedings. The role also involves working closely with clients and insurance carriers, developing litigation strategy, and delivering high-quality legal analysis in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong litigation experience, excellent writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters effectively.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school; active admission to the Georgia Bar; 4–10 years of litigation experience; experience defending professional liability matters such as D&O, legal malpractice, or errors and omissions preferred; strong research, writing, and analytical skills; and excellent communication abilities. Candidates with strong general litigation experience and an interest in professional liability will also be considered.
