Background

Tatiyana joined The RMN Agency in 2025. Before transitioning into legal recruiting, she spent six years working across the entertainment, sports, legal, and nonprofit industries, specializing in talent relations, project coordination, marketing strategy, and relationship management. Her diverse professional background and people-first approach have shaped her ability to build meaningful relationships, understand individual career goals, and advocate for talent across industries.

Originally from the Magic City of Birmingham, Alabama, Tatiyana earned her Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Southern Mississippi, where she graduated at the top of her class. She is also a proud alumna of Jackson State University, where she competed as a track and field hurdler.

Tatiyana is currently a law student at Birmingham School of Law, further expanding her legal knowledge and providing an additional perspective to her work with attorneys and law firms.

In addition to her work in legal recruiting, Tatiyana is a certified WNBPA sports agent and holds Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) certifications from New York University (NYU) and the University of South Florida (USF). Her professional background reflects a longstanding passion for working with and advocating for talent—whether on the field, in the studio, or within the legal profession.
