Tatiyana joined The RMN Agency in 2025. Before transitioning into the legal recruiting space, she spent six years working across entertainment, sports, legal and nonprofit industries—specializing in talent relations, project coordination, and marketing strategy. Her unique blend of organizational skills and people-first mindset makes her an asset to the team. Originally from the Magic City of Birmingham, Alabama, Tatiyana earned her Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Southern Mississippi, graduating at the top of her class. She is also a proud alumna of Jackson State University, where she competed as a track and field hurdler. She is also a certified WNBPA agent and holds Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) certifications from NYU and USF. Her background reflects a deep passion for supporting talent—whether on the field, in the studio, or in the legal world.
