CORPORATE, SECURITIES & FINANCE ASSOCIATE | MID TO SENIOR LEVEL ASSOCIATE (5+ YRS): Our client, a national firm, is seeking a mid level Associate to join its Corporate Practice Group.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced corporate attorney looking to handle sophisticated transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and general corporate counseling. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with an established corporate team on a broad range of transactions while assuming significant responsibility and direct client interaction.

The Associate will represent clients in general corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, Regulation D securities offerings, corporate governance, and general corporate drafting. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting legal research and due diligence, advising clients on corporate transactions, preparing organizational and governance documents, and collaborating with clients and attorneys throughout all phases of complex corporate matters.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have 5 or more years of corporate transactional experience, including experience with mergers and acquisitions, Regulation D securities offerings, and corporate drafting. Applicants should possess excellent drafting, research, and legal writing skills and must be admitted to practice law in Georgia.
