REAL ESTATE - COMMERCIAL | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (4+ YRS): Our client, a Regional SE firm, is seeking a mid-level Commercial Real Estate Associate to join its established and growing Real Estate Practice.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with four or more years of commercial real estate experience who is looking to work on sophisticated transactions for developers, investors, lenders, and other business clients. The position offers meaningful client contact, significant responsibility, and the opportunity to collaborate with experienced attorneys on a broad range of complex commercial real estate matters.

The Commercial Real Estate Associate will represent clients in all phases of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and financing matters. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, loan documents, and other transaction-related agreements; conducting due diligence; managing transactions from contract through closing; coordinating with clients and opposing counsel; and working closely with attorneys across the firm's real estate, corporate, banking, and tax practices to deliver practical, business-focused legal solutions.

REQUIREMENTS: Candidates must have a minimum of four years of commercial real estate experience in a law firm setting. Applicants should possess outstanding drafting, negotiation, analytical, research, writing, and communication skills, along with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously. A J.D. from an accredited law school and strong academic credentials, with class standing in the top 15% preferred, are required. Admission to practice in Tennessee and/or Georgia is preferred, although candidates who are eligible or willing to obtain admission in either jurisdiction will be considered.
