CORPORATE | MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE (4-6 YRS): Our client, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate to join its Corporate & Finance practice group. This opportunity offers meaningful transactional responsibility, direct client engagement, and the ability to work on sophisticated middle-market corporate transactions within a collaborative team environment.
The Associate will support a broad range of general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting and managing due diligence, coordinating deal workflows, and supporting partners through all phases of transactions from inception through closing. The role also includes close interaction with clients and deal teams on sophisticated middle-market transactions across industries.
In addition, the Associate will leverage firm-supported legal technology and AI tools to assist with due diligence, document analysis, and transactional efficiency initiatives designed to improve overall deal execution and client service.

REQUIRED: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; 4–6 years of experience handling general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and/or private equity transactions; experience managing middle-market transactions at a large law firm or similarly sophisticated practice; strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills; and strong academic credentials.
